1. Service Availability & Pricing

All services listed on this website are subject to availability and may be changed, updated, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

KopaClean reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate customer behaviour.

Pricing displayed is based on standard access and cleaning conditions; any unusual requirements (e.g. excessive staining, difficult access, or additional bins) may incur extra charges, which will always be discussed prior to work being carried out.

2. Scheduling, Postponement & Rescheduling

KopaClean operates in alignment with Thurrock Council’s alternating bin collection schedule.

If cleaning cannot be completed due to weather, access issues, or operational reasons, KopaClean reserves the right to postpone and automatically reschedule your clean to the next appropriate date within your current subscription period.

No refunds or credits will be given for postponed cleans.

3. Access & Property Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and reasonable access to bins on their scheduled cleaning day.

KopaClean will not be liable for missed cleans due to inaccessible areas, locked gates, parked vehicles, animals, or incorrect address details.

If bins are not available for cleaning, the service will be marked as skipped, with payment being credited towards the next cycle of the subscription.

4. Liability & Damage

KopaClean takes every reasonable precaution to avoid damage to bins, driveways, or property. However, by subscribing, you acknowledge that:

Existing damage, wear, or faults may worsen during cleaning.

Stickers, labels, paint, residue, or surface marks may lift or peel due to water pressure.

KopaClean is not liable for any cosmetic or structural damage, including existing or resulting damage to bins or surrounding areas.

Where pre-existing damage is noticed, it may be documented with photos for our records.

5. Branding & Marketing

KopaClean may apply a weather-resistant branding or service sticker to customer bins for identification and marketing purposes.

These are non-invasive and help ensure the correct bins are cleaned.

6. Subscription, Payment & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically according to your chosen billing cycle.

Customers may cancel at any time via their Stripe customer portal or by contacting KopaClean directly.

Customers must cancel at least 48 hours before their next scheduled clean to avoid being charged for that cycle.

If a recurring payment fails, KopaClean reserves the right to suspend or cancel service immediately until payment is received.

Missed cleans due to failed or late payments are non-refundable.

KopaClean reserves the right to cancel or suspend any subscription without notice for non-payment, misuse of service, or policy violation.

Refunds are issued only at KopaClean’s discretion.

7. Communication

By providing contact details through checkout or forms, you consent to receive service updates, reminders, and promotional messages via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing KopaClean, but essential service updates will still be sent.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

All customer information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

Personal data will never be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than communication and service management.

9. Liability Limitation

KopaClean is not liable for:

Losses or damages arising from missed or delayed cleans.

Customer dissatisfaction due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather, council delays).

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

All liability is strictly limited to the total value of the affected cleaning service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

By subscribing or using KopaClean’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
