By messaging us through these platforms, you agree to be contacted for scheduling and service-related updates. We aim to respond promptly and confirm bookings as soon as possible, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by a member of our team.

3. Liability & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled cleaning date. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to inaccessible areas, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided by the customer. While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions or wear on driveways, patios, or bins.
