Website forms and online bookings are hosted by Wix.

Payments are processed via Stripe, Monzo Business, bank transfer, contactless payment, or cash. We do not store full card details ourselves. Payment details for recurring subscriptions are securely stored and processed by Stripe.

  • Arrange, manage, and deliver bin cleaning services

  • Schedule and optimise service routes

  • Communicate service confirmations, updates, and reminders

  • Process payments and maintain financial records

  • Workflow automation via Make.com

  • Website chat and enquiry handling via Wix AI Chat

These tools process limited customer data (such as service addresses and booking details) strictly for operational purposes.

No automated decision-making is used that produces legal or similarly significant effects on customers.

  • Google Docs

  • Google Calendar

Email communications are handled through GoDaddy and Microsoft 365.

Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
